Refund and Cancellation

Returns

Products must be returned within [Specify Number] days from the date of delivery. The returned product must be in its original condition with all tags attached, including packaging materials, invoice, courier receipt, and any accompanying documents.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, BooleanWorld Solutions Private Limited will initiate a refund to your original payment method or a preferred refund method of your choice.

Refund and Cancellation for Services

As BW Events provides event ticketing and digital services, all payments are final, and we follow a strict No Refund, No Cancellation policy once the payment has been processed.

Cancellation Policy

For Physical Products:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted. However, returns are available for eligible products.
    OR
  • Customers can cancel an order before it has been shipped or dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, returns may still be available as per our return policy.

For Event Tickets & Services:

Once an order for event tickets or digital services is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to the nature of the service.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

BooleanWorld Solutions Private Limited ships products across India. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours (except Sundays and national holidays).

  • For locations serviced by reputed courier partners, delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days after shipping.
  • For remote areas, shipping may take 1-2 weeks, depending on the location and courier service availability.

In case of unexpected delays due to logistics challenges beyond our control, BooleanWorld Solutions Private Limited is not liable for such delays and requests your cooperation. We strive to resolve such situations at the earliest.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion if:

  • The delivery time exceeds the usual timeframe.
  • The shipment becomes untraceable.

In such cases, we will process a full refund for the canceled product(s) to your original payment source.
